Transportation
At less than six miles southwest of the ASU campus and downtown Tempe, Allure at Tempe is nicely situated to freeways, services and public transportation. The apartments are less than a mile from the Elliott Road onramp to Interstate 10, and getting around town by car is extremely convenient. If you plan to drive to campus, the trip takes less than 15 minutes without traffic. Driving to downtown takes about 15 minutes.
If you prefer more environmentally friendly methods of transportation, cycling and public transit are both easy alternatives. Riding a bike to campus generally takes about 30 minutes via South Hardy Avenue, South Mill Avenue or South College Avenue. Taking the bus is also easy. Valley Metro buses generally run every 30 minutes to the southwestern section of campus, convenient to ASU sites like Carey School of Business and Sun Devil Fitness Complex. To catch Routes 65 and 66, you’ll walk about 15 minutes from the apartments east on West Grove Parkway to Bus Stop #14216. The bus trip takes about 20 minutes and drops you at Mill Avenue and 13th Street. FLASH Forward/FLASH Back shuttle stops are nearby for easy transfer to other areas of the ASU campus. If you’re connecting with light rail trains at Tempe Transportation Center, you can continue on the bus to the transit center.

Shopping, restaurants and entertainment are extremely convenient to Allure at Tempe. Walmart Supercenter, Dollar Tree and Ross are directly behind the apartment complex. Starbucks is about a block away on the corner of West Elliott and South Priest Drive/West Grove Parkway. Costco, the Guitar Store and a number of auto repair shops, auto dealers and furniture stores are two blocks away. Gas is close by, as are eateries such as Subway, Fuddruckers, Burger King, Tziki Pita Grill, Panda Express, Popeye’s, McDonald’s, Arby’s and Red Robin. There are many ATMs available at businesses within a two-block radius, and Chase Bank is just about a mile away on West Elliott Road.
