Arbour Park Apartments are less than two miles east of ASU’s Tempe campus on East Apache Boulevard. Traveling west on East Apache takes you directly into the southeastern portion of the campus, near the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, residence halls and Sun Devil Fitness Complex. Driving to campus takes about 10 minutes, and the Apache Boulevard Parking Structure is the most direct parking lot available. Apache Boulevard also curves into South Mill Avenue, leading you north to downtown or south to other parts of town.
Walking the 1.5 miles to the edge of campus takes about a half hour and gives you easy access to the rest of campus via FLASH Forward/FLASH Back shuttles. Riding a bike to campus is also convenient and takes about 10 minutes. Bike racks are plentiful in the southeastern corner of campus, and bike air compressors are convenient too.
To get around town and campus from the apartments, light rail is your best public transit option. There’s a stop along Apache Boulevard at McClintock Drive. The light rail train stop #10025 is a five-minute walk west on Apache. If you’re traveling to ASU, hop off the train at University and South Rural Road. It’s a five-minute trip. If you’re heading to other parts of town, the light rail goes east into Mesa and northwest to Phoenix.
Dozens of entertainment options, stores and services are near Arbour Park Apartments. Food City, Smart & Final and 3 Palms Market & Deli are all less than a mile away, making grocery shopping convenient. Restaurants are plentiful in a half-mile radius of the apartments, too, from delis and pizzerias to bakeries and grills.
