Turn right on University and continue straight until you enter the western border of campus near the design buildings, Town Center and Wrigley Hall. Head north of University to reach the Wells Fargo Arena and sports stadiums or south to attend class or reach most administrative offices.
Transportation
If you don’t have access to a reliable car, you can take the Valley Metro bus and light rail to reach ASU in Tempe. This trip can take up to 90 minutes one way, and you will have to transfer buses at least once to complete your journey.
Start by walking about five minutes to the corner of Ray Road and Mountain Parkway. Take the ALEX bus headed west on Ray toward Chandler Boulevard/Desert Foothills via Pecos PNR. Get off at the 48th Street stop and board a route 56 bus headed north on Priest toward Scottsdale/McDowell via District Botanical Garden. Get off at the 5th Street stop to board the VENUS Flash Forward bus headed to the South Side Tempe Transit Center. This center is on the western end of campus, and you can walk to most regions of campus from this location.
There are buses serving most main roads surrounding the apartment complex, and you can take the light rail from the campus transit center to explore destinations in surrounding cities. This gives you access to a variety of parks, restaurants and entertainment venues throughout Tempe and Phoenix.
