Start out traveling east on West University Drive, and you will cross over South Mill Avenue and into campus in about eight blocks.
University Drive runs through the heart of campus, and you can turn off north to reach the athletic and entertainment complexes. Turn off on East Veterans Way to reach the Wells Fargo Arena, Sun Devil Stadium and the aquatics complex. Go a little further east and turn north on Rural Road to access the track, tennis center, sports training fields and Packard Stadium.
To access the university’s academic buildings and libraries, turn south on Rural Road from University Drive. There are many vehicle, bike and cart parking lots in this area, and you will find many administrative buildings mixed in with the teaching facilities.
You can drive from the Studio 710 apartment complex to the ASU campus in just minutes, but this is also a great place to live if you prefer not to maintain a private vehicle. You can walk or bike to campus easily, and the complex is convenient to Valley Metro bus route 30. This route travels along University Drive and will get you into campus within five minutes if there are no delays. The buses do offer bike racks, so it’s possible to bus to the campus and then make your way to classes or work using a bicycle. The University Drive bus route also stops at the South Mountain Community College and locations convenient to many restaurants and small parks.
You can access everything from pet stores and tattoo parlors to sports pubs and cafes from University Drive, so there is no shortage of entertainment options for Stuidio 710 residents. For outdoor recreation, you can travel less than two miles north to visit Tempe Beach Park or the Tempe Center for the Arts, since both are located on the Salt River shoreline. This is a good place to go for a walk or jog along the water.
