About Warren House 24th

Transportation
Warren House 24th, or Warren 24th, is close to many area highways, including Piestewa Freeway, Red Mountain Freeway/Loop 202 and Interstate 10. This location offers many transportation options for the apartment’s residents. Getting to nearby ASU, for instance, is a quick 12-to-20-minute drive along the Red Mountain Freeway. You’ll be traveling against the flow of most rush-hour traffic, so you can expect that 12-to-20-minute commute time to remain consistent throughout the morning.

There are also a few other transportation modes you can use to get to the university, including public transit. The most convenient public transportation course uses Route 70 buses to take you to the light rail station. You can catch a southbound Route 70 bus by walking seven blocks to the bus stop at 24th and Virginia. You’ll transfer to a train at 24th and Jefferson and ride for approximately 17 to 20 minutes. The train makes its first university-area stop near Sun Devil Stadium at ASU’s northwestern corner. A few minutes later, the train stops on the eastern side of campus near the psychology building and the Biodesign Institute.

At about eight miles from campus, the apartments are also within biking range of ASU, although the course may be ambitious for some. The most direct route leads you south on North 27th Street to the Grand Canal Trail. You’ll turn off the trail and onto East Washington Street to cross the Salt River on Mill Avenue. Mill Avenue runs along the western side of the university campus, giving you direct access to sites such as Plummer Aquatic Center and Gammage Memorial Auditorium. This bike route includes some hills, rising in elevation about 82 feet and dropping 49 feet.
