Mountain View Condo Rentals
The Mountain View Condos are located in Mesa, Arizona, on East Brown Road, approximately six miles east of the Arizona State University Tempe campus. You can reach the northern edge of campus in under 15 minutes without traffic if you take the AZ-202 loop going west. Exit at Scottsdale Road and travel south until you see the ball fields of northern campus. This road will turn into Rural and continue straight through campus, giving you access to the southern campus academic buildings, the main library and the on-campus housing units.
If you prefer to stay off the highway, you will only add a few minutes to your commute by taking East Brown Road to Mesa Drive, turning south on Center Street, and then heading west on University Drive until you enter the eastern edge of campus. This road cuts through the center of campus, so you can take side roads to reach all university buildings quickly. There is also a route using Rio Salado Parkway that takes about the same amount of time.
It can take up to 90 minutes to travel from Mountain View to the ASU campus by bus. The shortest routes utilize the light rail system, but you have to take a bus to reach the closest train station. If you prefer to stick with the bus, expect to transfer two times before you reach campus. You can use the bus system to reach most attractions surrounding the condos, or many destinations are an easy walk or bike ride away. It takes over two hours to walk to ASU, and the bike ride is just over a half hour.
The closest bus station is near the intersection of Country Club Drive and Brown Road. This location is about one mile from the condos, and you should take a route 112 bus headed south on Country Club toward Pecos. Get off at the Main Street exit and board a westbound train headed toward 19th Avenue and Dunlap. The Veterans Way and College Avenue station is on the western edge of campus, and you can reach all areas of campus on foot or with the Fast Forward campus buses.
Mountain View Condo Rentals will place you close to Hohokam Stadium and many public schools like the Eisenhower Center for Innovation, Kino Junior High and Edison Elementary. For outdoor recreation, you’re within a 30-minute walk of the Park of Canals, Porter Park and Fitch Park. There are many Mexican restaurants in the immediate area as well as a pizza bar and a variety of fast food restaurants.
