Ten01 on the Lake
Ten01 on the Lake is located approximately half a mile north of the ASU Tempe campus. It rests just over the Salt River on E Playa Del Norte Drive, so you can drive to campus in under 10 minutes using North Scottsdale Road. Scottsdale turns into Rural Road after you pass University Drive, and this roadway cuts down the center of campus. If you want to live close to the university but will spend a lot of time traveling or need to commute for work, these apartments are located just south of the Red Mountain Freeway.
Transportation
Whether you want to drive, walk or bike to class or work, the ASU campus is straight down North Scottsdale Road. You have to cross the river, but you can reach the northern region of campus within five minutes in your personal vehicle or within 10 minutes on foot.
If you prefer to take public transportation, walk to the Valley Metro transit center on Scottsdale Road and board a route 72 bus headed southbound. This bus route extends along Scottsdale until it turns into Rural Road and then continues through campus and on to destinations further south. If you’re headed away from campus, you can also catch a northbound bus to visit the East Gate Shopping Center, Scottsdale Regional Shopping Center and a long list of restaurants and sports bars.
